H2O+ Beauty, a skincare brand, approached with a twofold challenge. First, it needed a complete overhaul of their digital presence, including a new website design and branding strategy. Second, they sought improvements in their user experience to drive higher Average Order Value and attract new customers.
As a Growth Product Designer, my focus was on aligning design decisions with business objectives while ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.

Objectives

Revitalize Branding: Refresh H2O+ Beauty's branding to align with a modern and clean beauty approach.

Enhance Product Pages: Provide more comprehensive product information in an easily digestible format, while incorporating strategic upsell opportunities.

Optimize Payment and Account Pages: Streamline the payment and account pages to simplify the customer journey, with a specific focus on increasing AOV.




After implementing the redesign and optimization strategies, the results were significant:

AOV Increase: The streamlined product pages and strategically placed upsell sections contributed to a 3% increase.
